PHILIPPE GURDJIAN - Founder
PHG Vision International Senior Consultant Philippe Gurdjian had over 40 years experience in motor sport, including the creation of some of the world’s most impressive circuits and playing an instrumental role in 28 successful Formula 1™ Grand Prix around the world.
He competed seven times in the “24 Heures du Mans”, finishing 1st in the GT class and 7th overall in 1977, and six times in the “24 Heures de Spa”.
His background in Advertising while managing GEMAP Agency (FR) and his experience as both event promoter/organizer and driver gave him considerable knowledge of the challenges of safety and track management, crowd control, media, sponsors and VIP management.
Philippe passed away August 30th 2014 at the age of 69.

CARL GURDJIAN - Managing Director
While studying at Babson College in Boston (US), Carl Gurdjian joined Ferrari North America in New York for a two years internship in the Marketing department. After graduating with a double major in Marketing & Entrepreneurship, he moved to Shanghai (CN) for three years and was appointed Marketing Manager for Ferrari Asia Pacific, working closely with twelve countries.
In October 2010, Carl Gurdjian moved to London and joined PHG team with the aim to develop the Group's activities. His international background and experience gained with Ferrari allowed him developing new areas of expertise in the Luxury, Automotive and Polo industry.
Since 2013, Carl has been actively involved with the new FIA Formula E Championship, focusing on Sponsor sourcing, Brand Activation strategies, PR and Social Media Amplification strategies. Taking over the family business in 2014 and following a successful first season in Formula E by securing the Mumm Champagne deal, PHG has been representing Mumm Champagne interests within the Championship since then, but also manages Jean-Eric Vergne Image (PR & Social Media) and organises Electric Circus FE After Parties; making PHG one of the most active Agency in Formula E.

JAY CROSS - Art Director
Art Director Jay Cross has spent over twenty years working in the creative industry and has built a portfolio of high profile projects for the sports, luxury brands and automobile markets.
Having spent five years in the UAE he played a key role in the design, branding and implementation of the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi working closely with Philippe Gurdjian; as well as working on the FIFA Club World Cup, Formula 1TM Fanzone and Mubadala World Tennis Championships.
On returning to London Jay has worked on the brand design and management for ARES Performance, an Italian luxury automobile atelier and corporate events for Formula 1, Formula E and several prestigious international sailing events.

SIMON GIBBONS - Senior Engineer
Senior Engineer Simon Gibbons has built an established career in the major events industry involving some of the most high profile sporting occasions in the world.
Experience has been gained through a variety of positions involving the planning, design, project and event management in the preparation and operation of events including F1TM Grand Prix, Olympic Games and Rugby World Cup.
Simon spent nine years with Formula One Management and has since worked with A1GP, London 2012 Olympic Games and the new FIA Formula E championship.
Motorsport projects have included circuit design; master planning and project management of circuits in France, Mexico, Iceland, Bangkok, Malaysia and the UK and on-going contract working support of FOM and FIA.
